Windows Defender might be impacting your build and IDE performance. 
PyCharm checked the following directories: 
	C:\Users\*\PycharmProjects\algo2
   	C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\JetBrains\PyCharmCE2020.1 
   	C:\Users\*\.gradle

오랜만에 그램으로 작업하면서 파이썬도 설치하고 파이참도 설치했다
파이참도 안깔려있었다니 ;)

해결) 윈도우 보안에서
1. windows 검색에서 windows 보안으로 이동
2. 바이러스 및 위협 방지로 이동
3. 바이러스 및 위협 방지 설정 밑에 있는 설정 관리로 이동
4. 제외 밑에 있는 제외 추가 또는 제거로 이동
5. 제외 사항 추가 클릭
6. 폴더 클릭
7. 해당 디렉토리 경로 선택
8. '이 앱이 디바이스를 변경할 수 있도록 허용하시겠어요?' 알림창에 네
9. 끝
Then you need to go to Windows Defender and add these folders to the exclusion in Windows Defender or the antivirus you are using.
