• creation profile에서 forecast, JIT 정보의 Aggregation 설정
• 첫째주는 스케줄라인이 JIT정보와 동일, 둘째주 수요일부터 JIT정보와 스케줄라인이 달라짐. Creation profile을 어떤 값으로 설정하냐에 따라 달라지는데 profile은 BP에서 가져온다.
• JIT deleivey schedule에 7일까지 no aggregation이기 때문에 워킹데이 기준 둘째주 수요일까지는 정보가 동일한것. 8일부터 10일까지는 일자별 더하라고 되어있어서 스케줄 라인 일별로 합산함.
• Forecast는 주별로 더하라고 되어 있기 때문에 스케줄 라인을 주별로 합산함.

Tolerance limits for scheduling agreement items

• 수량이 변경됐을대 tolerance 체크
• creation profile에서 tolerance 체크
• 수량이 3% 증가했는데 tolerance profile에 2%이상 5%이하로 되어있기 때문에 3% 허용

Firm and Trade-OFF Zones

• Firm zone : 확정구간, 가까운 미래에 변경생기면 안되기 때문에, production go-ahead 생산 직전 구간, 이때 발생되는 소요량은 Firm order 확정오더
• Trade-off zone : 변경이 일어날 수 있는 구간
• Binding for MRP : 스케줄 수량을 MRP에 의해 변경할 수 있는것

• forecast의 경우 20일까지는 주차별로 합산, 60일까지는 월별로 합산한다.

• 라인선택후 sched. lines/release 버튼 클릭하면 forecast 정보 볼 수 있다.
