First, visit the SBCGlobal password recovery page and click the Mail icon in the upper right corner.
Now you need to enter your email address in the given field. Make sure you entered the correct email address for which you forgot your password.
Click Forgot Password.
Click your profile in the upper right corner and select Yahoo Account Info.
Select Password and Security Information Management to access the AT&T OLAM page.
Provide your email address and create a new password for your SBCGlobal email address.
