nth-check / tough-cookie / request dependabot error

react-scripts를 4.0.3으로 하면 해결되는데 다른 19가지의 에러가 발생
그래서 그부분을 고치려고 react-scripts 5.0.1하면 다시 앞의 3가지 에러가 발생

react version upgrade
17 --> 18

node_modules 삭제하고 npm install
