증상

IntelliJ에서 한글 깨짐 현상이 보이는 건 Encoding 설정 때문이다.

해결방법

File > Settings 선택

Default 설정
Default encoding for properties fiels: ISO-8859-1
Transparent native-to-ascii conversion: unchecked

변경 후 설정
Default encoding for properties fiels: UTF-8
Transparent native-to-ascii conversion: checked

한글이 정상적으로 잘 출력되는 것을 확인
할 수 있다.
