💪 영어회화 | 표현 | "상관없어요"의 2가지 의미와 영어로 표현하는 방법

1. matter: (어느 것으로 하든) 중요하지 않다

• 관련성, 연관성에 대한 얘기가 아니라 어느 쪽으로 하든 중요하지 않다는 의미

• 상관없어요.
  It doesn't matter.
No. I don't think it matters. : 조금 더 부드러운 표현

• 별로 상관없어요
  It doesn't really matter.
I don't think it really matters.

• 난 걔가 무슨 말을 하든 간에 상관없어
  It doesn't matter to me what he says.
I don't care what he says.: 조금 더 감정적으로

• 그게 뭔 상관이야?
  what does that matter?

2. have something to do with : 무엇에 영향을 준다/안준다 (연관성/관련성)

• 중요하다 중요하지 않다가 아니라 서로 영향을 주냐 안주냐에 대한 얘기

• A have something to do with B: A나 B 사이의 관련성이 아니라 A와 B가 서로 영향을 주는지에 대한 얘기

• 그게 이거랑 무슨 상관이야?
  Q. What does that have to do with this?
  
  A1. That has nothing to do with this.
  A2. That has a lot to do with this.
  A3. That has little to do with this
  A4. That doesn't have anything to do with this.

• This has nothing to do with you: 이건 너랑 아무 상관이 없어

concern: 좀 더 격식을 갖춘 대화를 하는 상황에서 어울림

• This doesn't concern you.
  어감상의 해석: 이건 당신한테 해당되지 않는다.

It's because of : 이건 ~ 때문이다

• Q. Why does this happen?
  A1. It's because of the worsening economy.
  A2.It has something to do with the worsening economy: 훨씬 더 고급스러워지고, 조심스럽게 접근하는 느낌

3. be related to: 원래 연관성이 있다.

• The two incidents were related to each other.
