IntelliJ를 사용하고 있다면 build Setting을 다시 살펴보세요

Intelij 는 업데이트를 하면서 세팅을 바꾸기 때문에 확인해봐야합니다.

Settings > Build,Execution,Deployment > Build Tools > Gradle > Runner > "Run tests using:" 탭에 들어가면

"Gradle Test runner" -> "IntelliJ"
로 바꾸면 해결될겁니다!
