해결..

계속 403 오류가 나길래 왜 안되지... 했는데 git bash나 vsc의 terminal에서는 됐다. 결국 인텔리제이 자격문제라고 생각이 들었다. 그래서 github 유저를 -했다가 + 했다가 했는데, +할때 chrome browser을 통해서 인증이 된 것이 문제라고 생각이 돼서 token 기반 인증으로 했더니 됐다.
