Upstream Data Processor: Gathers data from ONUs/ONTs and prepares it for transmission to the wider network.

Downstream Data Processor: Sends data from the wider network to the appropriate ONUs/ONTs.

Control Processor: Manages network resources, allocates bandwidth, and controls data flow.
