로마서 8장 21-25 절

21

피조물 자체도 그 썩어짐의 속박으로부터 해방되어 하나님의 자녀의 영광스러운 자유에 이를 것이기 때문이라.

Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22

모든 창조물이 이제까지 함께 신음하며 고통받는 것을 우리가 아노니

For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

그들뿐만 아니라 성령의 첫열매들을 가진 우리까지도 속으로 신음하며 양자 되는 것, 곧 우리 몸의 구속을 기다리고 있느니라.

And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

이는 우리가 소망에 의하여 구원을 받았음이나 보이는 소망은 소망이 아니라. 사람이 보는 것을 왜 바라리요?

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25

그러나 만일 우리가 보지 못하는 것을 바란다면 인내로 기다릴지니라.

But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
