로마서 8장 6-10 절

육신적으로 생각하는 것은 사망이나 영적으로 생각하는 것은 생명과 화평이니라.

For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

육신적인 생각은 하나님과 원수가 되나니 그것은 하나님의 법에 복종하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 실로 할 수도 없음이라.

Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

그러므로 육신 안에 있는 자들은 하나님을 기쁘시게 할 수 없느니라.

So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

그러나 하나님의 영이 너희 안에 거하시면 너희가 육신 안에 있지 아니하고 성령 안에 있나니 이제 누구든지 그리스도의 영이 없으면 그의 사람이 아니니라.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

만일 그리스도께서 너희 안에 계시면 몸은 죄로 인하여 죽은 것이나 성령은 의로 인한 생명이니라.

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
