게시판 웹사이트를 위한 Spring MVC 설정

오타들과 놓친 설정들로 인해 두시간 동안 삽질을 했다...
스프링은 설정이 참 어렵고 힘들다

pom.xml 수정

테스트를 위한 spring-test
오라클 연동을 위한 spring-jdbc
트랜잭션(아직 배우지 못햇다) spring-tx
dependency를 추가한다.

커넥션 풀을 위한 HikariCP
Mybatis를 이용하기 위해 mybatis, mybatis-spring
데이터베이스에서 데이터를 가져왔을때
콘솔에서 사람이 알아보기 쉽도록 하기 위해
log4jdbc-jog4j2-jdbc4
dependency를 추가한다.

Java 설정을 할 것이기 때문에 web.xml이 없다는 것을 알리고
(failOnMissingWebXml)
마지막으로 junit, javax.servlet-api, spring의 버전을 수정하고
Java 버전을 수정한다.

최종적으로 아래와 같이 작성된다.
