• RuntimeException 상속 : 실행중 예외 발생 처리
• 예외발생시 응답으로 Not Found 에러 출력
• 예외는 리소스(포스트,댓글,유저)를 id등으로 검색했는데 DB에 없는 경우에 발생
• Post not found with id : 1 와 같은 문자열로 예외 메세지 생성
• set 메소드는 필요없음(생성할때 set)
