On February 25, 2023, For the first time, I attended a hackathon. It wasn't a huge hackathon, but I was awarded the grand prize!! We made a home IOT product. Thank you for giving me an excellent experience.
The process of coordinating and matching opinions with the team members was so much fun. We struggled with not knowing how to communicate hardware and software wirelessly via serial communication, but we filled in the gaps by using other methods to proceed. Our main topic is the idea of parents who nag their children to brush their teeth every day, but to solve it, for example, how to get a coupon set by the parents if the child brushes their teeth without falling out for 14 days. The hardware is made in such a way that if you brush your teeth more than 200 times using Arduino, vibration sensor, button, sound sensor, and screen screen, you will get 1 point, and your child cannot get more than 3 points a day. The software was implemented by me using java spring and basic timeleaf html. It wasn't a difficult logic to create such logic, but it wasn't a big problem to implement, but I had to make it in one day, so time was tight. And I was able to finish the hackathon happily by trying and applying the 3D printer. I am really grateful to be able to win the award in the first hackathon I participated in, and I will continue to participate in other hackathons without stopping. ! Software is fun.
