ERROR: The specified Gradle distribution 'https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-7.3.1.zip' does not appear to contain a Gradle distribution.

위와 같은 오류 발생

Gradle user home 경로를 gradle-7.3.1.zip 압축을 푼 경로로 변경
