4) 상세조회 페이지 열기 : updateDeptView() - jsp 코딩

4-1) DeptMapper : 인터페이스, 상세조회 sql 함수명 작성
4-2) Dept.xml : 상세조회 sql 작성
4-3) DeptService : 상세조회 함수명
4-4) DeptServiceImpl : 함수재정의 , DeptMapper 객체의 상세조회 함수 실행
4-5) DeptController : updateDeptView() 에 DeptService 객체의 상세조회 함수 실행, jsp결과 전달

5) 수정 버튼 클릭시 실행:

   4-1) DeptMapper      : 인터페이스, update sql 함수명 작성
   4-2) Dept.xml        : update sql 작성
   4-3) DeptService     : 인터페이스, update 함수명
   4-4) DeptServiceImpl : 함수재정의 , DeptMapper 객체의 update 함수 실행
   4-5) DeptController  : updateDept() 에 DeptService 객체의
                           update 함수 실행, 전체조회 강제 이동(jsp)
