The infrared detector assembly consists of three parts: a focal plane detector chip, a metal micro Dewar, and a Stirling refrigerator. The focal plane detector chip is composed of a photovoltaic HgCdTe/MCT two-dimensional detector array coupled with a silicon readout circuit. Cooled MWIR camera module adopts an all metal micro Dewar packaging and is equipped with an integrated Stirling refrigerator to achieve the overall connection between the micro Dewar and the Stirling refrigerator. The closed-loop temperature control of the Stirling refrigerator can be achieved through temperature sensors, which can meet the requirements of use.
