LEVEL AIRLINES Flights Booking Process
I was booking a trip to Dakhla for kitesurfing with a stopover in Paris to go to the Champagne wine region. Flights from New York to Casablanca to Dakhla seemed like the best bet at $ 900.
But I decided to look for flights to Paris as it is a big hub for flights to Morocco. I searched for one-way flights to get started and found a host of airlines including Primera, Norwegian, XL Airways, and Level.
The level had the cheapest prices at € 140 with other airlines not much more expensive. I had never heard of the airline before, but as an adventurous guy I decided what the heck and booked. The added benefit of Level is that they fly into Orly, which is a smaller and much more convenient airport than Charles De Gaulle.

Well then! € 140 ($ 160) for a 7-hour flight to Paris? That’s a robbery! Flights from Newark depart at 10:40 pm and depart Paris for Newark at 6:15 pm. Flights are 3–4 times a week and there doesn’t seem to be a consistent schedule yet. Flights range in price from € 120 each way to € 250. There was a lot of availability for the lowest prices when I looked.
When Level started flying in the US in 2017, they had a lot of confusion in the booking interface, but not anymore. Their website is very easy to use and booking was a breeze. The interface is easy to use and Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted.
As with all other low-cost airlines, the fare paid includes the flight with hand luggage.
Checked luggage, seat selection, meals onboard are extra and some of the prices were quite exorbitant (€ 35 for a meal and € 50 for checked luggage). Fortunately, I abide by the rule of never checking a bag and eating in the salon beforehand, which has served me well on my travels.
How to cancel a flight on Level Airlines?
Sometimes we all struggle to cancel our current reservations while running from column to column to make it happen. Access to cancel a Level Airlines flight online:
Go to the “Managing your reservation” section on the home page.
You will be directed to the “My Trip” page, where you will need to fill in the details in the required field.
Enter the six-digit reservation reference resulting from the Current Tier
Airline reservation along with the name of the last passenger.
Click the “Search Reservation” button to continue.
Please make sure the data you entered matches your current Level Airlines reservation.
After choosing a reservation, you can simply cancel your Level Airlines flight online.
By following the steps above, you can cancel Level Airlines reservations very easily. Depending on the Level Airlines ticket you purchased, you may or may not be eligible for a refund.
Level Airlines 24-hour flight cancellation policy
In accordance with the Level Airlines Cancellation Policy, any traveler from around the world has the right to cancel a reservation within four hours to claim a full refund.
The refund also includes government taxes that were applied when you purchased your ticket. After 4 hours, the cancellation fee of Level Airlines will be applied according to the type of ticket purchased. Refunds for canceled Level Airlines only apply to unused tickets.
Additionally, for flights to and from the United States, all passengers are entitled to a refund under the Level Airlines 24-hour cancellation policy for aircraft. Passengers must also ensure that their travel plan must exceed seven days, from the date of purchase, to be eligible for a 100% refund.

Level Airlines Flexible Fare (Economy Class) —
Option to cancel a Level Airlines flight less than 24 hours extending the cancellation within two hours prior to departure and travelers will still be eligible for a full refund on a fully ticket not used. Free checked baggage is allowed on all long-term domestic and international flights.
Level Airlines Premium (Business Class): In the Business Class sector, you will only be allowed to cancel your Level Airlines flight 24 hours and seven days before the reservation date. After 24 hours, the fee becomes completely non-refundable.
Level Airlines Premium Flex Level Airlines (business class): the traveler is entitled to a full refund if he cancels at least two hours before departure. It also allows you to reschedule your flight at no cost.
