컴퓨터 켜서 dbeaver 들어갔는데
Connection refused: connect 라는 오류가 떴다.
Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

보니께 전에 postgreSQL을 수동으로 설정해놓은 게 생각남!!
서비스 에 들어가서 postgresql 찾은 후에 오른쪽 마우스 눌러서 [시작] 눌러주면 다시 잘 작동된다~
