To make people work in the same company continuously is difficult. Because moving company makes big increase in their salary, many employees usually like to move their companies frequently. I'd like to introduce about the ways to make people work in the same company for a long time.
First, the company have to increase their salary properly every year. If employees satisfy with their salary enough, then they don't try to move their company. Because moving company is also stressful thing to employees: they have to adapt to new environment and colleages.
Second, not only salary but they have to also serve some welfare to employees who work for a long time. Working continuously is definitely hard thing. To improve their efficiency, company should let them rest enough.
In conclusion, to catch people who leave to other company, company should increase salary enough rates, and have to give employee enough rests.
