Overview
The IGT® methyl seq library prep kit v2.0 is a universal double-stranded methylation library construction kit for whole-genome methylation sequencing and methylation hybridization capture sequencing. It is suitable for 20 ng to 1 μg DNA input of fragmented DNA.
