IGT® pcr purification magnetic beads provide an efficient solution for the purification and recovery of DNA from NGS library preparations. The product uses a homogeneous weak ion exchange protein purification beads purification technology to selectively recover DNA fragments of different lengths by adding different ratios of beads, which can also effectively remove the non-target fragments such as self-joints or primer dimers.
