Overview
The IGT® ssdna library prep Kit is a universal single-stranded DNA library construction kit for WGS and WGBS libraries. Based on the single-stranded library construction strategy, the utilization of raw DNA molecules can be significantly improved for an increased library complexity, especially for samples with low input amount, e.g., cfDNA.

The IGT® single stranded library preparation Kit can be applied to DNA fragment converted by bisulfite or enzyme to construct WGBS libraries.

Compared to regular double-stranded IGT® Methyl Fast Library Prep Kit v2.0, the average sequencing depth of target regions after de-duplication are higher in the samples using the IGT® single stranded dna library preparation Kit with only 1/10 of input amount.
