[−−−Ai,1Ai,2Ai,3−−−]⏟A[−B1,j−B2,j−B3,j]⏟B =[−−−Ci,j−−]⏟C\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - & - \\ A_{i, 1} & A_{i, 2} & A_{i, 3} \\ - & - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{A} \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & B_{1, j} \\ - & B_{2, j} \\ - & B_{3, j} \end{bmatrix} }_{B} \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \\ - & C_{i,j} \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{C}

Ci,j=(rowi of A)⋅(colj of B)C_{i, j} = (row_i \ of \ A) \cdot (col_j \ of \ B)
=ai,1b1,j+ai,2b2,j+...+ai,nbn,j= a_{i, 1}b_{1, j} + a_{i, 2}b_{2, j} + ... + a_{i, n}b_{n, j}
=∑k=1nai,kbk,j= \sum_{k=1}^n{a_{i, k}b_{k, j} }

[−−−−−−−−−]⏟A[−−−−−−]⏟B =[−−−−−−]⏟C\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - & - \\ - & - & - \\ - & - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{A} \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \\ - & - \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{B} \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \\ - & - \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{C}

  • colj of C=A⋅(colj of B)col_j \ of \ C = A \cdot (col_j \ of \ B)
    [−−−−−−−−−]⏟A⋅[−−−]⏟colj of B =[−−−]⏟colj of C\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - & - \\ - & - & - \\ - & - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{A} \cdot \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - \\ - \\ - \end{bmatrix} }_{col_j \ of \ B} \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - \\ - \\ - \end{bmatrix} }_{col_j \ of \ C}
  • rowi of C=(rowi of A)⋅Brow_i \ of \ C = (row_i \ of \ A)\cdot B
    [−−−]⏟rowi of A⋅[−−−−−−]⏟B =[−−]⏟rowi of C\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{row_i \ of \ A} \cdot \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \\ - & - \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{B} \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{row_i \ of \ C}

그렇다면 col of A×row of Bcol \ of \ A \times row \ of \ B는 어떨까?

[234][16]\begin{bmatrix} 2 \\ 3 \\ 4 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 6 \end{bmatrix}

[234][16] =[212318424]\begin{bmatrix} 2 \\ 3 \\ 4 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 6 \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 2 & 12 \\ 3 & 18 \\ 4 & 24 \end{bmatrix}

따라서 AB=CAB = C에서, AB=sum of (cols of A×rows of B)AB = sum\ of\ (cols\ of\ A \times rows\ of\ B)라고 해석이 가능하다.

[273849][1600]\begin{bmatrix} 2 & 7 \\ 3 & 8 \\ 4 & 9 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 6 \\ 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix}

[273849][1600] =[234][16]+[789][00] =[212318424]+[000000] =[212318424]\begin{bmatrix} 2 & 7 \\ 3 & 8 \\ 4 & 9 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 6 \\ 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 2 \\ 3 \\ 4 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 6 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} 7 \\ 8 \\ 9 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 2 & 12 \\ 3 & 18 \\ 4 & 24 \end{bmatrix} + \begin{bmatrix} 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 2 & 12 \\ 3 & 18 \\ 4 & 24 \end{bmatrix}

AB=sum of (cols of A×rows of B)AB = sum\ of\ (cols\ of\ A \times rows\ of\ B)을 통해서 계산하니 직관적으로 계산이 가능해짐을 알 수 있다.
ex.

[A1A2A3A4]⏟A[B1B2B3B4]⏟B =[A1B1+A2B3−−−]⏟C\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} A_1 & A_2 \\ A_3 & A_4 \end{bmatrix} }_A \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} B_1 & B_2 \\ B_3 & B_4 \end{bmatrix} }_B \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} A_1B_1+A_2B_3 & - \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_C

A−1A=I=AA−1A^{-1}A = I = AA^{-1}

A−1A=I=AA−1A^{-1}A = I = AA^{-1} 을 만족하려면 중요한 전제 조건이 있다.

ex.

A=[1326]A = \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 3 \\ 2 & 6 \end{bmatrix}

We can find a vector X with Ax = 0. (in x != 0)

Ax=[1326][−−] =[00]Ax= \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 3 \\ 2 & 6 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} - \\ - \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix}

Ax=[1326][3−1] =[00]Ax= \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 3 \\ 2 & 6 \end{bmatrix} \begin{bmatrix} 3 \\ -1 \end{bmatrix} \ = \begin{bmatrix} 0 & 0 \end{bmatrix}

Ax=0Ax = 0
A−1Ax=A−10A^{-1}Ax = A^{-1}0
Ix=0Ix = 0
x=0x = 0

행렬 AA는 not inevertible(=sigular)하다고 할 수 있다.

[1327]⏟A[−−−−]⏟A−1 =[1001]⏟I\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 3 \\ 2 & 7 \end{bmatrix} }_A \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} - & - \\ - & - \end{bmatrix} }_{A^{-1}} \ = \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 \end{bmatrix} }_I

[13102701]⏟A∣I\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} \begin{array}{cc|cc} 1 & 3 & 1 & 0 \\ 2 & 7 & 0 & 1 \end{array} \end{bmatrix} }_{A|I}

그러고 나서 elimination(소거)를 시작한다.

[13102701]⏟A ∣ I→⏟r2−2r1[131001−21]→⏟r1−3r2[107−301−21]⏟I ∣ ?\underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} \begin{array}{cc|cc} 1 & 3 & 1 & 0 \\ 2 & 7 & 0 & 1 \end{array} \end{bmatrix} }_{A \ | \ I} \underbrace{ \rightarrow }_{r_2 - 2r_1} \begin{bmatrix} \begin{array}{cc|cc} 1 & 3 & 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 & -2 & 1 \end{array} \end{bmatrix} \underbrace{ \rightarrow }_{r_1-3r_2} \underbrace{ \begin{bmatrix} \begin{array}{cc|cc} 1 & 0 & 7 & -3 \\ 0 & 1 & -2 & 1 \end{array} \end{bmatrix} }_{I \ | \ ?}

E[A ∣ I]=[I ∣ ?]E[A \ | \ I] = [I \ | \ ?]

EA=IEA = I
EAA−1=IA−1EAA^{-1} = IA^{-1}
E=A−1E = A^{-1}

?=EI=E=A−1? = EI = E = A^{-1}
profile
