Scope determines the accessibility (visibility) of variables.

function f(x) {
    return x+3;    
}
f(5) // 8
x; // Reference Error;

스코프의 존재

execution context에서 접근 할 수 있는 식별자를 말함

즉, GC에 의해서 메모리 회수 여부에 판단에 변수나 함수의 종료를 의미함

정적 스코프는 전역 스코프, 블록 스코프, 함수 스코프

const x = 3;
function f() {

클로저

let globalFunc;

JavaScript variables can belong to the local or global scope.
Global variables can be made local (private) with closures.

IIFE(Immediately Invoked Function Expression)

var는 절대 금지!! let만

es5 때문에 호환성으로 let이 차지하게 될 것!
