tube를 조정하였다. 몇 가지 속성이 더 필요할 듯하다. 예를 들면 tube의 중심점, 가로길이, 세로 길이, 회전각도 등이다. 그리고 연결된 노드나 에지 정보도 필요할 것 같다.

I made some adjustments to the tubes. There is a need for a few additional properties. For instance, the center coordinate of each tube, as well as its width and height, rotating angle, and other relevant details. After then, there may be a need for connection information regarding its nodes or edges.
