해결 방법으로는

flutter_cupertino_date_picker:
git: url: https://github.com/imshashank/flutter-cupertino-date-picker # Repo
ref: master # Branch name

pubspec.yaml 에 위와 같이 사용해주면 에러메시지가 나오지 않게 된다.
