Xcode를 재시작한다. (Mac의 경우command+Q& Xcode 실행)
오류 발생 케이스
IntelliJ에서 실제 디바이스에 연결하여 debug를 시도했을 때, 다음과 오류가 발생했다.

Error launching applications on 경진의 iPad.
flutter doctor 실행 시

해결
의외로 간단하게 Xcode를 재시작하니 해결되었다...!
iOS Observatory not discovered after 30 seconds. 오류도 발생하지 않는 것 같다.
