Wheaton is a small city in the suburbs of Illinois with a population below 55000. Most of the families residing in this city are close knit families, many of whom have lived here for generations. To a close knit community like that, it is difficult not to trust people you know, who have been around in the city for as long as yourself or even longer, unless they have given you reasons not to do so. One of such people in the city who used that to the best of his abilities is the Mayor of Wheaton, Phil Suess.

At first all he used the fact for was to use it as a slogan in his election campaign to gain the attention and trust of residents and get them to vote for him. As you could expect, that turned out in his favor and he ended up getting elected as the Mayor of Wheaton. From that point onward, you would think that it would be his mission to do good by the city and its people like he had promised. Naturally, it is expected of any Mayor as they are elected as representatives of the city expected to work in the best interests of its people. However, little by little his acts started to draw attention and by now many have started to doubt his intentions. so it is only fair that I openly come out and disclose the fact that this man is a cheater and a liar.

WHAT CRIMINAL AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES IS MAYOR WHEATON PART OF?

Phil Suess uses his position and authority as the Mayor to mingle into the community and casually propose business and investment opportunities to residents. Him and real estate agent Tina Walters along with specialist conman Al Schefske get together and make others invest into projects that dont even exist. Suess uses his position and trust as the Mayor and allows Walters and Al Schefske to cover up their trails and get away with the fraud.

I am just one of those who have lost so much due to the fraudulent development and investment schemes plotted by these three. Now that I am stuck with my choices and forced to face the consequences, everything is clear about how the trio trapped many like me from investing in opportunities that weren't even there in the first place. But as they say, there is no point in pondering over things that are long done and can't be undone. The only way to live is to learn the lesson and warn others.

HOW DID SUESS’ FRAUD COME TO THIS DEGREE?

Suess started moving pretty much since the very moment he got elected to the Mayor’s office. He started off by attending community events enthusiastically and making attempts to gain trust with the people, which at first seemed like a good move as people expected him to work for the better of the city. However, he was simply gaining trust for what he was planning for later. Once he crossed that milestone, he began pitching business and investment opportunities to families that didn't even exist, both directly and indirectly.

Of course, no one really caught on until some of us tripped and ended up realizing the scam that it really was. The fraudulent projects he was advertising were run and organized by Al Schefske but were backed up by the Mayor and Tina Walters. The three came together and used their combined authority and resources to fool entire families into investing their kids’ college funds because they were made to believe that it was going to be doubled and afford their kids an even better future.

As someone who has suffered at the hands of Mayor Wheaton and the trust I had for him, I can testify on behalf of him and many others who have lost significant amounts at the hands of this scoundrel that he is a liar. Do not trust him just because he is the Mayor or because he has grown up in Wheaton, because none of that will stop him from robbing you and helping his scam partners do the same.
