기능작동엔 문제가 없지만 새로고침이 오류 문구가 등장한다.

오류 이유

해당 오류는 요소가 DOM에 존재하지 않거나 참조하는 요소가 없을 때 발생하는 문제 였다.

해결법

이를 해결 하기 위해선 useEffect callback함수가 실행되기전 참조할 객체를 먼저 생성해줘야한다.
