여기서 꼭 필요한 부분은 "target", "module" 부분
--> target : 타입스크립스트의 자바스크립트 변환 버전 선택
--> module : 자바스크립트 import 문법 설정
commonjs는 require 문법
es2015, esnext는 import 문법 사용
그 외 "strict"도 꼭 true로 지정해줘야 타입스크립트를 쓰는 의미가 있다고 한다.
