ubuntu 최신 버전은 python-dev를 지원하지 않는다.
에러 로그에는 2를 설치하라는데 python2는 커뮤니티에서 지원을 안하기 때문에 python3-capstone을 설치하도록 했다.
Run sudo apt-get install python-dev libpq-dev
