에러 발생 상황
3번째 줄에서 Downloading external resources is disabled. [DownloadResourceDisabled] 에러 발생
해결 방법
1. 상단 메뉴의 Window 클릭
2. Preferences 클릭
3. XML(Wild Web Developer) 클릭
4. Download external resources like referenced DTD, XSD ✅ 체크하기
5. Apply and Close
