DCEVM 설치 오류
"Please ensure that no other Java applications are running and you have sufficient permissions."
해결방법 : cmd를 관리자권한으로 열어서 DCEVM-8u181-installer-build2.jar을 실행하면 됨.

해당 위치에 hotswap-agent.properties파일을 만들고 나서
LOGGER=info 를 LOGGER=ERROR로 수정하면 콘솔이 조용해진다.
