생성시간, 수정시간 자동화

보통 엔티티에 해당 데이터의 생성시간과 수정시간이 공통적으로 포함된다. 그래서 이들 공통 코드를 모듈화시키겠다.

자바 8부터는 LocalDate 클래스를 사용하자. 기존의 Date나 Calenter 클래스가 갖고 있는 문제(불변성, 월값 설계 오류) 를 고친 버전이다.
