  1. Start powersehll with admin privilege.
  2. Check policy
    $ Get-ExecutionPolicy -List
  3. Change policy
    $ Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
    or $ Set-ExecutionPolicy AllSigned

Now you can run the powerscript (.ps1)
