위와같이 SWR을 사용하여 fetcher를 연동해주면,
첫 매개변수의 주소가
fetcher의 매개변수로 들어오고 , 이를 통해 axios로 get방식 비동기통신을 시도한 후 ,
그에 따른 response 와 error가 다시 useSWR 매서드의 반환값에 매칭된다.
