No changes detected in app ‘polls’

여기서 'polls'는 django 튜토리얼에 나오는 앱의 명칭이다.

에디터와 터미널이 동기화되지 않아서 생기는 현상으로, 각 파일을 저장해주고 기다리면 해결된다.

에디터(필자는 vscode)사용 시,

각 파일을 편집하고 저장하지 않는 경우가 있었다.

반드시 수정한 파일마다 저장을 해주어야 한다. 에디터에 열려있는 폴더 전체가 한 번에 저장되는 것이 아님에 명심하자.
