Chicken Manure Biogas Plant
A chicken manure biogas plant, also known as a poultry waste biogas plant, is a facility that utilizes chicken manure and other organic waste from poultry farming operations to produce biogas through anaerobic digestion. Similar to other types of biogas plants, the process involves breaking down organic matter in the absence of oxygen, resulting in the production of biogas primarily composed of methane and carbon dioxide.
YHR Chicken Manure Biogas Projects
Zunhua Project
The primary raw materials for the project are corn straw, human dung, and chicken manure. There are two stages to the project. The 45,000 m³ of biogas is used to produce electricity and is purified into natural gas; the leftover biogas is used to make organic fertilizer, and the liquid biogas is used to irrigate agricultural land.
What are the main components of a chicken waste biogas plant?
The primary components include:
Anaerobic digester: where chicken manure and organic waste are processed to produce biogas.
Gas collection system: to capture and store the biogas produced during digestion.
Gas purification system: to remove impurities such as hydrogen sulfide and moisture from the biogas.
Gas utilization system: for using biogas as a renewable energy source for electricity generation, heating, or vehicle fuel.
As one of bio gas plant suppliers, we will do our best to meet all the needs of customers.
