isdigit 함수 구현하기

isdigit 함수의 manual은 다음과 같다!

Synopsis

int	isalpha(int c);

Description

• isdigit() 함수는 입력된 문자가 십진 숫자 문자인지를 검사한다.
• 인수는unsigned char 또는 EOF 값으로 표현 가능해야 한다.

unsigned char와 EOF를 포함하기 위해 인수를 int형으로 받는다!
EOF의 값은 일반적으로 정수 -1이다!

Return values

• character tests false => zero
• character tests true => non-zero라 쓰고 1이라 읽기...!
