[PostgreSQL] Naming Convention

lowercase & snake_case

postgres 의 경우 모든 table 및 column 들을 lowercase 로 저장하기 때문에
다음과 같이 table 이름을 lowercase 로, column 들을 snake_case 로 작성한다.
