ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
  (CONNECTION_ID=XxnU2lpaTkO7jx8vb2mi7Q==)

1. root 접속
2. su - oracle 로 oracle 권한 획득
3. lsnrctl services 로 SID 확인
4. 없어서 sqlplus "/as sysdba" 들어가서 인스턴스 실행
   4-1. startup 명령으로 인스턴스 실행
5. connect id/비번 으로 확인
