javascript 시간차이 표시하기

클라이언트가 게시글을 볼 때 게시글의 작성 날짜를 구분 할 수 있도록
표시해줘야 한다.

Math.floor() 함수는 주어진 숫자와 같거나 작은 정수 중에서 가장 큰 수를 반환합니다.
