  Initiation: 프로젝트의 토대, 아이디어를 분석하고 검증
  Planning: 시간과 예산 내에서 세부 사항을 정함
  Execution: 우선순위가 무엇인지 팀을 관리
  Monitoring and Control: 제때 예산 내에서 완료될 수 있도록 하는 도구와 기술
  Closure: 프로젝트 완료!

보통 Agile 기법을 많이 쓴다~

2. What is a Project?

1) TIME : End date가 엄격하다!
2) SCOPE : Goal => Project Output + Work = SCOPE(Unique)
3) COST = 목표 달성에 전념하는 리소스

ex) time을 줄이기 위해서는 더 많은 돈을 들여서 자원을 더 많이 투입해야 함! or 생산량을 줄이거나!

3. Why do companies execute projects?

모든 회사와 조직에는 목표가 있다!
Extra effort -> Desired benefit
