첫 줄에 b와 각 index값
두번째 줄에 keyboard 배열
세번째 줄에 usb 배열
keyboard[index1-1] + usb[index2-1] <= b 라면 keyboard[index1-1] + usb[index2-1] 리턴, 아니면 -1 리턴
