Capital is the key factor in any business. It is the change that does not come easily. Any company should focus on continuous improvement as this will take it to the next level.

Usually, small businesses start with cheap machinery, fewer employees and simple technology. This is fine for infrastructure, but quality improvement is necessary from time to time. Otherwise, the number of customers will also decrease.

Small business owners open vacancies at lower salaries and demand fewer skills. This is one of the many reasons why employees prefer medium-scale businesses over small firms. The first step should be towards the ultimate goal of the company.
