Single Level Cache에 대한 CPI 구하기

1. Miss Penalty 구하기

Main memory Access time 을 1cycle당 time으로 나누면 된다

2. Miss rate와 곱해서 CPI 구하기

new CPI = base CPI + (miss rate * miss penalty)
