  strong base 의 size 로 major controll 가능. ($\because$ steric hindrance)
  $\\$-small size (NaEtO) → Zaitsev major
  $\\$-bulky (t-BuOK) → Hoffman major
• stereoselectivity
  stereospecific, anti-periplannar of C$_\alpha$-LG & C$_\beta$-H
