에 이미 나와있었다다.
Stop ColorZilla and Grammarly extensions fix my problem.
Next13 버전에서 서버 컴포넌트를 구성하던 중 만나게 된 에러. extension-version이라고 하길래 크롬 익스텐션이랑 관련이 있을 것 같았는데 검색해보니 맞았다. Next 에 Discussion 으로 이미 올라와있었고 주로 Grammarly 나 ColorZilla 의 익스텐션과 충돌이 나서 생기는 문제.
이 익스텐션들은 없었지만 내가 쓰는 무언가와 충돌이 나나보다.. 싶어서 disabled 해주니 사라졌다.

사용방법은
Change the "Extensions Menu Access Control" setting to "Enabled", then relaunch Chrome. You'll see a new option in the toolbar that allows you to block extensions on a per-site basis.
- 확장 프로그램의 설정에서 Extensions Menu Access Control 을 enabled로 바꾸고 재시동
- 툴바에서 사이트 별로 익스텐션을 막는 새로운 옵션이 생길 것이다. 여기에 localhost:3000 등록하면 됨!
