[Devlog] postgresql 설치하기

postgresql설치 후 접속과정에서
공식문서 installer에서 설치한 postgresql은 문제가 많았음.

결국 brew install postgresql 한다음에
해당 절차에 따라 본인 mac 계정에 맞는 유저 생성 후 db까지 생성 후 접속완료
